Sadie's Inversion

This work emerges from an introductory course in Adobe Illustrator and was based on a prompt to recreate a celebrity face. It combines shape, color, and text to create a cohesive, yet visually striking and unique rendering of actress Sadie Sink. Rather than just tracing her face, I sought to make the composition of this design more interesting by separating and flipping the sides of her figure. This interaction serves to communicate the idea of tension and difference that exists in all of us.
